Before I call it a night.

Some of them didn't turn out as well as I'd liked, while some turned out to be pleasant surprised. I think I'm starting to get the hang of it, though.

Tilt shifting really works best on shots from a distance, which I think this collection showcases.

Good stuffs.

Nice.

Some need more blurry and a higher-and-farther perspective to look really small. But you have some good work. here.

Thanks. I've started to get an eye when looking at photos where I can pretty much tell whether it's going to be possible to get the effect or not.

Thanks. I'm just using photos I randomly happen to have on my hard-drive, so it's a limited selection as far as composition and perspectives. As far as the blurring, that's down to the software I'm using, which, being free, tends to get overly distorted and pixelated when you blur too much and it just ruins the effect entirely, so I have to push it as far as I can without that happening.

If you look at tilt shift photos online you'll notice they are taken from a high perspective- from high building to the ground below, or from helicopters. It's hard to find good rally photos like that.

As for the software, I understand that. You're doing good but if you can see the detail in the trees and grass it ruins the illusion. Again, not your fault- just trying to help. You kinda have to ruin the picture of all but what you're focusing on.
